1 utils.stages
utils.stages
Shared string enums for training-stage and schema-facing dispatch.
This module exports ValueStrEnum and the canonical Stage values used by configs, loggers, and persisted records. It owns stable string serialization and typed comparison only; experiment loops own stage transitions and storage schemas own compatibility/versioning policy.
String values remain stable across configuration, logging, and persisted metadata boundaries while enum members provide typed comparisons in Python.
