The cold reader owns admission and reductions. Marks are completed root cells; profile and scene contrasts are supplied descriptive summaries. Missing runs and clocks stay explicit. CLI outputs are candidates, not publication admission.

Input is one report JSON with its adjacent canonical seal. Stores and live plans are never opened. Output directories must differ from the input parent when it would overwrite canonical evidence. Frozen metadata remains visible independently of this renderer’s own source identity.
