Immutable QH inference-bundle implementation, independent of fit lifecycle.

The experiment owns scientific admission and publication transaction ordering. This leaf owns the closed artifact/manifest contracts and reconstructs a scorer only from a previously verified manifest. Runtime/source identities are measured by the caller, preserving the experiment’s established fingerprint semantics.

Validate the closed bundle schema and cross-field identities.

The learning contract may cover a strict subset of the scorer’s configured horizon support, but it may never claim a horizon the persisted scorer cannot query. This binds the dataset horizon, H_max model capacity, and checkpoint manifest at load time as well as at fit admission.
