reporting.generation_thesis

Seal the bounded development-only generation projection used by the thesis.

This leaf consumes a cold-verified native report. It retains scene reductions, qualified lineage, nominations and limitations; no store, learner or external service is opened. Physical scenes have equal weight in descriptive centers. The closed product consists of a canonical manifest, projection JSON and two 165 mm SVGs. The manifest trust anchor is an external sibling .sha256 file.

Verify the closed product against an independently supplied manifest pin.

Require the frozen native-manifest/archive/revision tuple. Reject changed, missing, extra, symlinked and noncanonical files before returning immutable captured bytes. Original rollout stores are not needed.
